SMAP Tech Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2019 as joint venture between Starke Marine and Armada Petroleum, to provide specialized IRM Services for Flowlines.

SMAP is a joint venture company, comprise of Starke Marine Sdn. Bhd. and Armada Petroleum Sdn. Bhd.

Starke Marine Sdn. Bhd. is specialized as Marine Engineering and Installation Service Provider. The company has successfully delivered engineering and PMT services for FEED, EPCIC, EPCI, T&I and ERPD projects.	Armada Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. is focused on the pipeline services covering pre-commissioning, IRM and decommissioning. The company has been providing critical support to EPCIC service providers and operators.
